When I learned elegant cursive writing in elementary school, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I found, too, as I got older, I could use my creations as gifts to people, and they loved the thought of me spending time on a gift just for them. It gave me a relaxing outlet and a way to make things that I thought were pretty. I just LOVED it.īeing creative, for me, started at a young age. In junior high and high school, I took art class as my elective. I would paint and doodle for hours with water colors too. I would doodle at the tops of sheets and on scrap paper. I would doodle on the corners of my notebooks and in the margins.
